How soon can I place my order?
For Charcuterie Boards, Desserts Boards, Celebration Cakes, Wraps, and Salads: At least 48 hrs in advance is recommended and 72 hours in advance for Party Size Heroes.
If you need an order less than 48 hrs, please feel free to send a message to vegonboard@gmail.com to check for availability.
For Grazing Tables and Custom Cakes that are themed or require hand sculpted figures, it’s best to place orders 2-3 weeks in advance.
I’m allergic to nuts. Do you have non nut based cheeses? Yes, I can provide nut free options, as well as gluten free. I do my best to ensure customer safety, but please note that orders are prepared in a commercial kitchen that also processes Wheat, Soy, Peanuts, and Tree Nuts.
3. Do you make custom boards? Yes! Please send me a message at vegonboard@gmail.com to go over your ideas.
4. Do you deliver? Yes, there is a fee for delivery to both Suffolk and Nassau County. Free pick up is also available from our commercial kitchen location at Stony Brook University Food Business Incubator 4603 Middle Country Road Calverton, NY 11933.
5. We’d like to order a wedding cake. Do you offer cake tastings and is it discounted if we place an order? Yes, cake tasting boxes for couples looking to place an order for a wedding cake are available. Discounts are not applied from the cake tasting box to the wedding cake order, however I do provide a free small cake for your 1 year anniversary.
6. What’s your refund policy? All purchases are non-refundable. Due to the nature of these products, we are not able to provide a refund. Orders that are canceled with more than 72 hours to pickup/delivery date receive credit in the amount paid towards a future order. For orders that are cancelled with less than 72 hours, there are no refunds or credit transfers.

8. Do you have insurance? I’d like to order a wedding cake, and the venue requires insured bakers.
Yes, absolutely! I’m insured, NYS licensed, Food Manager certified, and work from a NYS Dep’t of Agriculture & Markets inspected commercial kitchen. Insurance information will be provided to the venue.
